You are the source of your own miracles,  the creator of your own life. You have everything within you that you need.

When I breathe into and through you, the power of your own presence and possibilities begins to manifest in ways greater than you've ever imagined.  Sessions permanently open doors to and for you that you may have sensed but not seen or known how to access.

It matters not your color, creed, how or if you define the Creator.

Sessions are transcendent, deep experiences of life itself. Whether individually or within a group, during sessions, clients experience a range of physical, emotional, spiritual, creative, and mental responses to the energy.  Some people experience emotions powerfully, mysteriously, unwillingly and, then, gratefully.  Others drop into a deep meditative space, some feel as if they are levitating, are euphoric; and some, uncomfortable in the raw experience of their own power and self-realization.  These experiences are of the sublime, bring understanding of the mysterious, and engage participants in the ‘rapture of being alive’.  They allow us to see ourselves and the divine as unified, as One.  Whole, healed.

Sometimes healing is profound and instantaneous; sometimes subtle and evolving over a period of time.  People have experienced the spontaneous healing of physical wounds, disease, and chronic pain, relieved themselves of unresolved emotional pain & mental illness,  and identified their own unique gifts.

In individual and group sessions, I use music and breath as tools to move through you, time and space.  And, although I do not work with ‘intent‘ as many understand it, I work with a focus that goes beyond mindfulness into an expansiveness that truly is beyond words.  I open myself to bring intense peace, blissful joy, emotional release, physical & emotional comfort, benediction and, occasionally, some bawdiness!   

Individual Sessions are where my time and focus are solely on you.  They are usually held in my home in Rappahannock County, Virginia. Initial sessions tend to be 3 hours.  Sometimes there are follow-up sessions, sometimes there aren’t. This is your journey.  You decide.  Some people see me once and never again.  Others come with regularity to be in the presence. Some use me instead of a primary care physician or veterinarian.  

I also do remote or distance healing work.  To work remotely, I do not have to meet you but I prefer to have at least voice contact via Skype or telephone at the time we schedule an appointment.  Like a physically-present session, I ask people to schedule quiet time for themselves--unplugged and present.  And, again, you decide how often we ‘meet’.  You know yourself better than anyone else.

Group Sessions occur in 3, 4 and 8 hour increments.   “When the vastness of God meets the restriction of our own humanity, words cannot hold it.  The best we can do is find the moments that rhyme with the experience of His love”.  Group sessions are about connecting to the highest expression of Love there is. That Love that connects us to our Self, to the Divine, and to every thing. Group sessions are those strings of moments that rhyme with that Love.
